Each session explores a diverse blend of traditional and contemporary yoga styles—from Vinyasa and restorative Yin to aligning with Chakra Yoga, to even booty poppin’  with Twerk Flow Yoga. Regardless of the style, the sessions are open to all levels and are beginner friendly with modifications always being offered, ensuring accessibility and empowerment for everybody.
