Upcoming Sessions:
Have you heard? We will be providing yoga sessions during the Fitness on the Waterfront series presented by Buffalo Waterfront and Independent Health. These sessions are FREE and open to everyone!
Classes will highlight a variety of styles of yoga, from Flow Yoga to Yin Yoga and more! All sessions are beginner based and open to all levels. Classes will be taught by one of our certified instructors with each session ending in a form of relaxing meditation!
Sessions begin on Sunday, June 30th and will take place at Outer Harbor Terminal B (91 Fuhrmann Blvd. Buffalo, NY 14203) in front of the live stage. Mats will be available for use and there is no need to register!
